Vendor Booth Guidelines:

- **Size & Setup:** 

 - Booth dimension: 10x10 feet.

 - Maximum of 3 tables / racks allowed.

- **Eligibility:**

 - Must have been in business for at least 1 year.

 - Required branded materials: logo, Instagram, and/or website.

- **Marketing:**

 - Active social media presence and marketing efforts are needed.

 - Vendors are expected to promote the event.

Payment Policy:

- **Refund Policy:**

 - No refunds or credits offered.

 - All payments are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

 - Withdrawal at any time results in forfeiture of all benefits and no refund will be provided.
